Prices

Puppy sitting.

£15.00 for 1 hour or part thereof puppy care, Monday to Friday, 9-5.

£18.00 for 1 hour or part thereof, Monday to Friday after 5pm and on weekends.

Puppy daycare £35

Please ask for separate terms and conditions for multiple dogs, dog walking, dog boarding, house
sitting and pet sitting.

£25 Vet visit for first hour plus £20 for every subsequent hour or part thereof.

Visits

Puppy care visits will last an hour. During this time sitters can do 1 or all of
the following:

• Assistance in toilet training

• Lunchtime feeding

• Basic training of key commands based on your existing training but covering STAY, SIT, COME AND FETCH

• Cuddles and play time

• Cleaning up any accidents that may have occurred

• Short walk (Once fully vaccinated)

Pet food
Food, litter and any other requirements are to be provided by the owners. Additional food etc will be purchased if you run out. There will be a £7.50 charge on top of the cost of the provisions.

Insurance

It is a condition precedent to liability that the property owner has arranged with their household insurer to extend their policy to cover losses incurred whilst there is a pet sitter present.

Precedent to liability that all locks, security and protective measures are put in operation whenever the property is left unattended or overnight, whether or not the pet sitter is present.

Payment

Methods of Payment
You can use the following methods: cheque, cash, debit or credit card. Payment by credit card will incur a surcharge of 3.5%. If you prefer internet / telephone banking, you can also make payments directly into our business account. Please ask for account details.

Timing of Payment
Payments should be paid within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

Cancellation Charges
Cancellation more than 1 week's notice no charge.
Less than 1 week's notice 25% total cost.
Cancel less than 24 hours notice 100% of total cost.

Keys & Parking

Keys retained by your sitter will only be marked with the name of your dog.

Parking
Permits must be provided to your walker if you are in a restricted parking zone.
