Changing your password

1.  On the “Log in” screen, click on “Forgotten Password” (highlighted in red).

2.  Enter your email address in the text field (highlighted in blue) then click on “Reset Password” (highlighted in green).

3. In your email inbox, open the “Password reset” email.


4. Click on the link (highlighted in purple) which will open a new tab in your browser.

5. Finally enter your new password in both boxes, please note that they must be identical.


6. That’s it!
