Here at Happy Hounds we are always looking for responsible dog boarders and house sitters, particularly with the holidays approaching.
Whether you are a freelancer with some spare time, you work from home, are a fit and able retired person or are just looking for some part-time work this could be just what you need.
Dog boarding works in the following way – one or two dogs would live with you as if they were your family pet(s). The aim is to provide care when the owner is unable to do so. Experience with dogs is essential as is a secure garden, but most of all we are looking for people who are friendly, energetic and genuine dog lovers!
House sitting is where you stay at a clients home while they are away. You would care for any pets they may have as well as small jobs round the house such as plant watering. You must be conscientious, reliable and trustworthy as well as being a genuine animal lover! A CRB check would be required for this type of work.
If you are interested in either of these positions we may be able to offer pet sitting work as well from time to time.
